We deliver to Malta and Gozo in 2 – 4 working days.
Delivery to Malta and Gozo costs €5 to ground level. For urgent orders contact us prior to placing your order.

You can opt to collect your order from our home decor shop in Main Street Paola.

Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received or collected your order, we can’t accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards and vouchers

To return your item, visit I M Home in Paola. You require to bring a the receipt delivered with your order. If you don’t have the receipt it’s at our own discretion to accept your return.

Returned products can be either exchanged on the spot or credit note that expires in 6 months.

Sale items

Sale items can’t be returned.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds, unless the returned item is due to a damage that falls under a warranty, and the item can’t be repaired or replaced.
